Conditions of Sale Unless otherwise agreed all sales made by Catering Directions are made on these conditions: All goods are subject to availability. All goods remain the property of Catering Directions until payment has been made in full. We reserve the right to enter the customer's premises to repossess any unpaid items. As a result of Catering Directions using different suppliers, goods may vary fromthose shown. Prices & Payment Catering Directions reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time. If Catering Directions agree to issue an invoice, you must pay within 30 daqys of the invoice date. Catering Directions may charge 4% above the base lending rate of HSBC of any amount not received by the due date. Delivery Goods held in our warehouse are usually delivered the next day. Delivery dates are given in good faith but are not the subject of any warranty or condition. Carriage charges are made to the customer at cost to Catering Directions. Catering Directions does not accept liability for loss or damage to goods while in transit to the customer. Telephone Calls Telephone calls may be recorded and used for training or monitoring purposes. Status Catering Directions reserve the right to decline credit terms. All Goods which are used in the catering hire industry are only covered under a 6 month warranty due to the excessive usage All Secondhand Electrical Items are Guaranteed for 3 Months Only from Delivery Date
